For someone who's been preaching the end of human civilization for albums, Bonnie "Prince" Billy is surprisingly hopeful. We Are Together Again is his fourth album in as many years and teems with what we can only describe as "very beautiful folk songs"—with tasteful flute and violin arrangements.
