Our Velvet Music stores
Velvet Music consists of several independent record stores in the Netherlands that collaborate based on a shared love for music. Each store has its own character, specialties, and local community, but together we have been a trusted name for music lovers for many years.
For over 35 years, Velvet Music has been all about vinyl, CDs, special releases, musical discoveries, and the love of music.
Although each Velvet store operates independently, we share the same passion for music and record stores. This means Velvet Music offers a wide mix of genres, specializations, and music lovers. From new vinyl releases to jazz, K-pop, indie exclusives, box sets, and Record Store Day releases.
More than just a webshop
Velvet Music is not just about ordering online. Our physical stores still form the heart of the brand. Many customers use our website to discover new releases, check stock, or reserve albums for in-store pickup later.
Each store also has its own local character and offerings. It is precisely this combination of independent record stores and a shared love for music that makes Velvet Music unique.
