Susan Tedeschi has now become an indispensable part of the alt-blues/Americana scene, but in 1998 Just Won't Burn was only her second album. It turned out to be her breakthrough, because the press was unanimous in its praise: "What a talent!", wrote AllMusic or "A perfect vehicle for Tedeschi's powerful singing", wrote All About Jazz. Difficult to get on LP, now the solution.
