The album features the voice talents of the cast, including Cynthia Erivo as Elphaba and Ariana Grande as Glinda, and revives the iconic music and lyrics of legendary composer Stephen Schwartz. In addition to favorites such as Thank Goodness and For Good , the soundtrack includes two new songs, No Place Like Home and The Girl In The Bubble , as well as the special addition The Wicked Witch of the East , which was not included in the original Broadway recording.
